Amendment #664 to H4000

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by striking out the figure “$3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$4,000,000” and in said item by striking out the figure “$6,899,999” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$7,899,999”

Representative Donato moves to further amend the bill by inserting after the final section the following new section:-

SECTION __.  Section 2XXX of Chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after the phrase: “other land use and smart growth issues” the following phrase “; and state and federal grant application support.”
