Regional Administration Amendment

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill by adding after the last section thereof the following section:

Section XXXX. The second paragraph of Section 29 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the sentence: "Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 50 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2015." and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: “Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 75 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2027."
