Removing barriers to justice in the workplace

Representatives Higgins of Leominster and Connolly of Cambridge move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX: Section 5 of Chapter 151B of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “300 days” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “3 years”.
