Amendment #687 to H4000

DMF Derelict Gear Program

Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 2330-0100, by inserting after the word “Council” the following: “; Provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to establish a program to collect and remove derelict gear;” and in said line item striking out the figure “$9,364,804” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$9,614,804.”
