Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 5911-1003, by inserting after the word “concept” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Latham Centers, Inc., to address urgent technology upgrades to security, programs, and support services for children and adult residents with complex disabilities.”
