Amendment #703 to H4000

“The Nutrition Project” at the Charles River Center

Mr. Tarsky of Needham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116 by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for the Charles River Center to upgrade their food preparation facilities” and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$140,000"
