Bird Pond Dam Ownership and Risk Mitigation

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the ill in section 2, in item 2800-0700, by adding the following: “Provided further, that the department of conservation and recreation shall own, control and repair the Bird Pond Dam in the Town of Walpole”.
