Amendment #748 to H4000

Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding the following: "provided further, not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Ukrainian Research Institute at Harvard for development and research associated costs;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,200,965” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,225,965".
