Jumpstart

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 3000-1000, by inserting at the end thereof the following "; provided further, that not less than $450,000 shall be expended to Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc. to provide evidence-based early childhood education programs to enhance language, literacy and early relational health for preschool children from communities with untapped potential and in said item by striking the figures "$13,551,428" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$14,001,428"
