Amendment #755 to H4000
Strengthening the Special Education Circuit Breaker Program
Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7061-0012, by striking out the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”.
and further amend the bill, in said section 2, in said item 7061-0012, by striking out the figure “$484,677,484” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$693,003,706”.
and further amend the bill by adding the following two sections:-
SECTION XXXX. Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “$45,793” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$37,120”.
SECTION XXXX. Said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 50, the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”.
