Amendment #79 to H4000

Bay Path University: Classroom Renovations

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding at the end the following: “and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to Bay Path University to support renovations and upgrades to six classrooms transforming them into state-of-the-art hybrid learning spaces”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$4,200,965” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,400,965”.
