Improvements to William A. Rice Recreation Complex

Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham Moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Town of Wrentham for upgrades and improvements to the William A. Rice Recreation Complex.”
