Amendment #810 to H4000

North Attleboro bike path

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2810-0122, in line 2, by inserting after “areas” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of North Attleborough for a feasibility study and design of a bicycle path;”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,000”.
