Amendment #826 to H4000

Everett Fire Department Upgrades

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, by inserting after the word “departments” the following:

“provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Everett for communications and equipment upgrades for the Everett Fire Department” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,000”.
