Amendment #83 to H4000

Bay Path University: Investment in Nursing Education

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding at the end the following: “and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to Bay Path University in support of the expansion of their nursing program, which will address the critical shortage experienced in Massachusetts by funding the purchase of key equipment”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$4,200,965” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,400,965”.
