Amendment #831 to H4000

Our Open Umbrella

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4400-1000, in line 38, by inserting after “4400-1100” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to Our Open Umbrella, Inc. to address poverty-based needs among students and their families;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$107,462,031” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$107,467,031”.
