Amendment #835 to H4000

The Brooke House in Mattapan by 2Life Development

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, by adding the following:

"7004-XXXX For the creation of the Brooke House in Mattapan by 2Life Development, Inc.; provided that 127 units of senior housing will be created; provided further that the housing be reserved for seniors with incomes of not more than 60 per cent of the area median income; provided further that the Brooke House shall include space for the Shattuck Child Care Center; provided further that the Brooke House shall include space for a health clinic operated by Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center……….$2,000,000"
