Amendment #839 to H4000
MHAP for Kids
Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 4800-0200 by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following: "provided that not less than $3,300,000 shall be expended for the Mental Health Advocacy Program for Kids as administered by Health Law Advocates Inc. to increase access to mental health treatment for at-risk children and adolescents involved in or diverted from juvenile courts " and by striking the figures $28,221,665 and inserting in place thereof the figures $31,521,665
