Railroad Street Youth Project

Miss Davis of Great Barrington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 72, by inserting after the word "substances" the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Railroad Street Youth Project based in the town of Great Barrington"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$194,452,031" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$194,502,031".
