Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, by inserting after “districts” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Steps to Success to provide academic and personal support for low-income students from 4th grade to college graduation”
