Amendment #867 to H4000

Sidewalk Construction on Gardners Neck Road in Swansea

Representatives Howitt of Seekonk and Thurber of Somerset move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the construction of sidewalks and pedestrian safety along the east side of Gardners Neck Road, north of Route 6 in the town of Swansea.”
