Laboratory Testing Supplies

Ms. Badger of Plymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, in line 35, by inserting after “Council” the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for consumable laboratory supplies (e.g. reagents, pipettes) to conduct the necessary testing of wastewater treatment plant samples, environmental shellfish, and water samples”;
