Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4590-1503, by striking out the figures: "9,940,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures "10,400,000" and in said line item striking the figures "$13,149,400" and inserting in the place thereof the following figures "13,609,400"
