Ms. Sousa of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4003-0124, by adding the following: "provided further, not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Brazilian American Center in Framingham to administer and facilitate immigrant legal services, advocacy, and related assistance”.
