North Andover Vaping Detection

Representatives Ramos of North Andover and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192 by inserting after “appropriation” the following: “provided, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover to buy and install vaping detection technology and establish a robust prevention program in the public schools”.
