Tourism Trust Fund

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 4, by inserting after the following word “development” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be transferred to the Massachusetts Tourism Trust Fund established under section 13T of chapter 23A of the General Laws; provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all funds transferred from this item to the Massachusetts Tourism Trust Fund shall be made available to regional tourism councils”.
