North Andover 9/11 Memorial

Representatives Ramos of North Andover and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-1616 by inserting after “memorials” the following: “provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover for construction of a 9/11 memorial”.
