Amendment #894 to H4000

Poet Laureate

Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Owens of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0640-0300, in line 20, by inserting after the word “needs” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $15,000 be expended as an honorarium to the official poet laureate of Massachusetts, in accordance with Executive Order 640”; and is further amended by striking the figures “$26,045,152” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$26,060,152”.
