Swansea Sewer System

Mr. Thurber of Somerset moves to amend the bill, in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for repair, maintenance, and improvements to the sewer system in the town of Swansea.”
