Easthampton City Arts Funding

Mr. Gómez of Easthampton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX. that not less than  $1,500,000 shall be expended to Easthampton City Arts for structural upgrades to enhance arts and cultural infrastructure.
