Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9611, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended on the Teen Torch Program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$7,272,449" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$7,422,449"
