Amplify POC Cape Cod

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, after the word "projects", the following:- "provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to Amplify POC Cape Cod for business resources and education that enhance visibility and increase sustainable ownership opportunities for communities of color."
