Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, after the word "programs", the following:- "provided further that not less than $50,000 to Yarmouth Police Department for hiring a full-time Domestic Violence Advocate (DVA)."
