Cape Abilities Accessible Parking

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1107-2400, in line 1, after the word "disability", the following:- "provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Cape Abilities for the creation of accessible parking spaces at the organization’s headquarters."
