Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after "Fund" the following: "provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be provided to the Town of Groveland for a comprehensive Market Analysis and Feasibility Study for 46 Washington Street".
