Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-3036, in line 6, after the word "communities", the following:- "provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to The Barnstable Home Center for financial resources, training, and counseling to promote housing stability and accessibility for residents of the city known as the town of Barnstable."
