Hyannis Main Street Fiber Connectivity Fund

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, after the word "projects", the following:- "provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to OpenCape Corporation for free fiber internet connections for small businesses within the Hyannis Business Improvement District (BID)."
