Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-1616, in line 1, by inserting after “memorials” the following: "provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for maintenance services for the Korean War memorial located in the Charlestown Navy Yard"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000”; and in place thereof the figures “$120,000”
