Representatives Philips of Sharon and Galvin of Canton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after "projects", the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended to the Town of Stoughton for planning and implementation of Stoughton’s 300th Anniversary Celebration”
