Amendment #999 to H4000

Town of Belchertown/ Mass Central Rail Trail

Mr. Saunders of Belchertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Belchertown for the Mass Central Rail Trail"; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$125,000”.
