Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1596-2517 by inserting after the word "projects" the following:- "provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute, Inc. for costs associated with the education of students" and by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,100,000"
