Mr. Saunders of Belchertown moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1596-2517 by inserting after the word "projects" the following:- "provided, that not less than $72,000 shall be expended for classroom technology improvements for the Ludlow Public schools" and by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$172,000"
