Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Springfield Public Schools to expand the arts program by acquiring art supplies, theater essentials, and pottery supplies to increase student engagement” and by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$300,000”
