Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 1596-2513 the following item:

"XXXX-XXXX For capital improvements at the Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children, an educational institution for severely handicapped children in the town of Canton..........$150,000,000”.
