ELL reading materials

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word "projects" the following:- "provided, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Worcester Public Schools to supply elementary schools that serve students in Main South and Columbus Park with reading materials for English Language Learners that are relevant to and reflective of their experiences" and by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$250,000"
