Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1596-2517 by inserting after the word "projects" the following: "provided, that not less than $12,900,00 shall be expended for the MassArt Tower Building to address changes in code, lifecycle issues, and other near-term projects." and by striking the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof "$13,000,000"
