Higher Education Opportunities for Incarcerated Women

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 1596-2517 by inserting after the word "projects" the following words:- "provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Brave Behind Bars for the TUPIT women’s education program.”
