Amendment #56 to H4005

Town of Amherst Roads

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2507, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be allocated to the City Known as the Town of Amherst for road repair projects”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “1,100,000”.
