Amendment #57 to H4005

LEO Inc. of Lynn

Representatives Cahill of Lynn, Armini of Marblehead and Reid of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2511, by inserting after the word "providers"  the following words:- “;provided further, that not less than $2,700,000 shall be expended for Leo Inc. in the city of Lynn for capital costs to increase childcare capacity at their Broad Street preschool”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$42,700,000".
