Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by inserting in Section 2A, in line item 1596-2516, the following:- "provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for psychosocial educational programming at the Teen Torch Foundation" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$250,000"
